North Carolina Symphony is joined by Grammy winning violin virtuoso for this very special one off performance, featuring the moving work of Sibelius. Taking up the violin when he was just four years old, Bell's talents quickly became apparent and he made his first appearance of a soloist aged 14 with the Philadelphia Orchestra. Since then he has gone on to become one of the world's most celebrated violists and conductors, playing the world overwith charismatic energy and verve.
