We're All Mad Here

Fall down the rabbit hole with Carolina Ballet in this beguiling adaptation of Lewis Carol's classic of children's literature! With curious cats, mad Queens and a host of strange characters, Alice's journey into Wonderland is a perfect spectacle for the whole family to enjoy. So bring them down to this world premiere by choreographer Gianna Reisen, with gorgeous sets designed by Rebecca Rebouche! Also on the program is Jerome Robbins' magnificent Fanfare, set to the sound of Benjamin Britten's The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra, aimed at introducing young people to the various instruments that make up the majesty of classical music.

What's the story?

One sunny day, Alice is dozing in the grass when she sees a white rabbit dash down a rabbit hole. Intrigued, she decides to follow him before she falls down and down into a strange world where everything is topsy turvy. Captivated by a beautiful gardens she cannot access, she sets off on an adventure to find it!
